Career Summary
Brad has been working full time in the commercial real estate business since June of 2007 and joined the Miller Industrial team in April of 2009 to focus exclusively on the Industrial segment of the Commercial Real Estate industry and assist the firm with it’s aggressive growth strategy. Brad is consistently providing excellent client services, benchmark market knowledge, and highly effective guidance to support Investors, Tenants, Buyers, Landlords, Sellers, and Developers in reaching their business goals.
At the 6th Annual Summit Awards on May 8th at Harrah’s in Reno, Brad Lancaster was not only awarded the prestigious “Industrial Broker of the Year Award” but also the overall “Broker of the Year” award. These designations are based on the total transaction volume conducted by the agent during the year. Lancaster beat out all of the other sector award recipients for the 2010 calendar year.
Brad brings a wide range of business experience to put to work for his clients through his work in many business environments from small business ownership to the corporate sales management and capital equipment / software environment.
Brad’s business mind-set has always been that long lasting client relationships and an excellent reputation will yield the highest level of personal and professional success possible.
Experience
Since 1999, Brad has been working in the sales and business development arena and is very well versed in state of the art marketing techniques, effective prospecting activities, and successful sales cycle management. Brad has extensive industrial real estate experience and has negotiated hundreds of Industrial/Commercial Real Estate transactions. Representing the tenant, Brad recently negotiated the largest Industrial absorption in Northern Nevada in approximately four years. This was a 566,000 square foot absorption bringing approximately 250 new jobs to Northern Nevada.

Personal
Brad has lived in the Reno / Lake Tahoe area since 1997 and enjoys the region for the quality of life the area offers. Brad’s long time affection for outdoor sports and adventure has led him to complete multiple first descents of rivers from California to Alaska and to many of the peaks in the Sierra Nevada and Cascade Mountain Ranges. Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, backcountry skiing, whitewater kayaking & rafting, fly fishing, backpacking, camping, and water skiing.
