Career Summary
Carole was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her education and background is one of Marketing, Public Relations and Sales, bringing a wide range of skills into the Industrial Commercial Real Estate field. Upon her departure from South Africa, Carole was National Public Relations Manager for Estee Lauder. Her 12 years as Marketing Manager with the nationally acclaimed publishing house Conde Nast, and previous experience as Sales Manger with a National South African retailer, Stuttafords, placed Carole in an excellent position to utilize her people and visionary skills, to tackle a new industry upon her move to the USA.
Experience
Her career in the industrial real estate field commenced upon her arrival in Reno, NV in 2001. Upon completion of the NXLevel Business Course at UNR she joined Miller Industrial Properties. Carole’s focus in her early years of real estate was the leasing and sales of multi flex units. As her knowledge and experience grew so did her client base and she now works with numerous National based clients on their leasing and sale requirements, be it a small office/warehouse or a 100,000sf logistical requirement. She has included Commercial Property Management into her experience broadening her understanding of the business and is currently furthering her studies in the Industrial Commercial Real Estate field.
A hallmark of Carole’s service to her clients has been her high amount of repeat business. Not only is her service to her clients excellent but Carole’s desire to go the extra mile and handle additional aspects of the transaction to meet her client’s needs has been an added benefit to her reputation and growth in this profession.

Personal
Carole has always adored the outdoors and Reno NV has proved to be a haven for her interests. She is an avid camper, skier and runner. Carole has two children, a daughter who is a freshman at University Nevada Reno and a son moving into his High School career. The majority of her spare time is spent supporting her daughters Speech and Debate activities and hers son’s athletic achievements in football, wrestling and swimming. She herself has run an ultra marathon in Cape Town and the Nike Woman’s marathon in San Francisco.
